LORD AMORAL EXECUTES OWN PILOTS!

LAPAF Harley.
"Those useless, good-for-nothing excuses that call themselves combat pilots!
Only 10 of them managed to hit their target!
Master at Arms! Take a shuttle and two men with you. Any of those pilots
that survive are to be decimated on the spot & the rest thrown into the
simulator until they get it right."
I could not believe my ears. Lord Amoral was about to execute 10% of his
own combat pilots!
Sidling over to one of his bridge crew, a 2nd Lieutenant whose name patch
read 'Hoskings'.
"So, Hoskings, does your Lord make a habit of this?"
"Not usually, but he's been exceedingly unstable of late. Ever since he got
hold of those wavegun cruisers...", the lieutenant looked around nervously
to see who was watching, before continuing. "I think it could be those
xenomorph's he encountered. Apparently, when he came back, he was twice as
strong, but has been unstable. He somehow got ownership of a shipyard & has
been turning out those cruisers at a rate of 17 per ...."
*BANG*
The sudden sound of a large caliber chemical pistol reverberated throughout
the bridge.
"I can't abide disloyalty in my subordinates. Rogers, disposal duty." Lord
Amoral appeared calm, his eyes showing nothing, not even a glimmer of life.
Amazing how dark his eyes were, like they were almost black...
