Evidence of a Shrinking Universe

The Wainsland Institute today announced irrefutable proof that the universe is shrinking and expanding. A contradiction in terms? "Not at all." states Dr. Lauren Johnson, spokesman for the Wainsland Institute, "The universe is expanding at a constant rate. However, when the universe as a whole reaches a certain energy state (similar to an atom), it experiences a sudden collapse. We assume that it is shrugging off energy of some type that we have not been able to detect as of yet.
