This is an exercise to test both fleet design and tactics. Cygnus was contracted to set up an area for the dual purpose of testing new ship designs and to provide a place for aspiring Captians to demonstrate thier grasp of combat and innovation.

Fleet design is limited to 25,000Mcu (2500 points).
4-10 fleets are preferable.
